Decide For Yourself

by Les May

YOU can find an image of the mural which has been denounced as ‘anti-Semitic’ by people attacking Corbyn at:

If you click on it you will get an enlarged image. Right click on that and you will get a menu which includes ‘Save Image As’.  Find that file and click on it to load it into an image viewer. You will then be able to decide for yourself whether it really is ‘anti-Semitic’ or just a well executed piece of art which you are free to interpret as you wish.

As the ‘white on black’ font of the website is hard to read I have converted it to ‘black on white’ and appended it below. I hope the author does not mind.

How does a piece of public art lead to the possible downfall of one of 's most senior statesmen?  It sounds like a riddle and I'm sure it would baffle anybody just twenty years ago, but not in this current Orwellian age.  Literally just days after being accused of being a Russian agent, Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the Labour Party and Her Majesty's Opposition, has been denounced as an anti-Semite.

Being labelled an anti-Semite is incredibly easy these days if you're a UFO and ghost-believing tin foil hat-wearing conspiracy theorist like me, but it is still quite rare inside the pen of Corbyn's ideological community.  The mural was put up in 2012 by the artist Kalen Ockerman, better known as 'Mear One', see: http://mearone.com/

It was called Freedom for Humanity and was painted on a wall in the heart of 's .  It depicts a row of six elderly suited men sitting round a table which is covered by a board game that resembles Monopoly.  The table has no legs and its top is supported on the backs of four naked and faceless seated human figures who are bent over completely.  Behind them are a pile of loose cogs from a machine.  In the background is a pair of smoking factory chimneys next to two objects that are either volcanoes or cooling towers from a power station.  There is a network of lines behind them that look like chemtrails in the sky.  On the left is a man carrying a placard in his right hand that says:
'The New World Order is the enemy of humanity.'  His left hand is held aloft in a fist.   On the right is a tired and sad-looking mother holding her baby. Above the scene is a rising sun framing a pyramid with a detached capstone containing the Eye of Providence.   I think it is a magnificent artwork and deserves to be ranked among the great examples of political graffiti across the world, like those ingenious pieces from and .  It must have been a striking experience to walk down the street and see it. I was planning to take a trip to the location and film it for HPANWO TV while it was still there.   Then I looked into the matter and I found out that it had already been obliterated in 2012, just three weeks after it had been finished.  The borough council ordered the destruction of the painting on the grounds that it was 'anti-Semitic!'   Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-london-19844681/kalen-ockerman-mural-to-be-removed-from-brick-lane.

The problem that has arisen today comes from all those years ago. Jeremy Corbyn originally spoke out against the removal of Freedom for Humanity.  He told the artist he was "in good company" and compared the removal of the painting to the famous Man at the Crossroads fresco in that was whitewashed by the Rockefellers for its Marxist iconography (It was happily recreated in at a later date).  There is absolutely no suggestion at all that the six antagonistic figures in the painting were Jews.  The artist himself denied it and the man on whose wall the mural was painted, a restaurant manager of Bangladeshi origin, said that two of the figures looked Indian, see source link above.  The allegation is that the faces of the six evil men included generic Jewish features of the kind seen in propaganda from Nazi Germany.  I don't see that myself; the faces are all very different.  Two of them, the one of the far right and the one third from the left, look like old photographs of British colonial officials from the days of the Empire.  The one on the far left has a full beard that is more typically Russian.  The problem with the painting is most likely its conspiracy theoretical element.  As I say in the background links below, there is a paranoid hypersensitivity when it comes to linking conspiracy theory of any kind to hatred of Jews.  This serves a purpose for the people behind the conspiracy because it means their enemies are hampered by social degradation and marginalization.  Therefore the conspirators eagerly encourage this public hysteria.  However, in the background links I explain why it is, in the vast majority of cases, a false premise.  The New World Order is caused by the Illuminati, not the Jews.  I can't put it any simpler than that; there are no qualifiers to that statement. Corbyn was first pulled up by a Jewish MP, Luciana Berger, on Twitter (where else?).

Corbyn backed down and about-turned. He said that Freedom for Humanity was 'deeply disturbing' and he now 'wholeheartedly supported its removal'.   He went on:
'I sincerely regret that I did not look more closely at the image I was commenting on, the contents of which are deeply disturbing and anti-Semitic.'

As I've explained, the content of the mural is not anti-Semitic and there is information available to explain why that is in detail which I have produced myself. Corbyn should have known better than to believe that a grovelling public apology would save him from the standard and predictable hashtag barrage.  It would have been better to stand his ground and fight the anti-Semitism premise altogether.  If Mr Corbyn had approached me I would have coached him in this matter. The media lynch mob is currently in full swing;  the torches and pitchforks are being passed round. Jewish welfare groups under the influence of the Israeli lobby have taken the bait hook, line and sinker.  Corbyn is desperately trying to placate them, in vain.  As I said, it's an exercise in futility.

This is just the latest in a series of attempts to discredit the leadership of Jeremy Corbyn by his Blairite opponents within the Labour Party.  See here for details of the previous flare-up: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/is-ken-livingstone-nazi.html.  The only real anti-Semitism in the Labour Party comes from the radicalized Muslims that the government have been breeding for the last few decades through their sponsorship of Saudi-run mega-mosques and their agents posing at popular media hate-preachers, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2016/08/anjem-choudary-arrest-blocked-by-mi5.html

Corbyn is actually very similar to Donald Trump.  He would be deeply offended at my comparison, but I think it's accurate.  He is a man in a political office whom the does not want in that role.  They worked hard to keep him out of it.  They have since wavered between trying to remove him and trying to manage the situation with him remaining as leader.  Whenever the latter fails they try the former.  Corbyn's career prospects are not looking rosy.   A part of me thinks this is probably for the best; not because of Corbyn himself but because of the second echelon of Labour officials behind him, a posse of total blackguards who are currently trying to ride in his slipstream to their own positions of power.  If Corbyn becomes Prime Minister then it will only be for a few months before there is an et tu Brutus situation and then he'll be lying in the back benches with Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper and Diane Abbott's knives his back.  At the same time, anything that the real 'Evil Six!' from the painting do not want gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.  Thankfully the Jewish voice of reason has not gone silent in its hour of need. Jenny Manson of the Jewish Voice for Labour defended Corbyn and marvelled at the ingenuity of the media for smearing 'the most passionate anti-racist campaigner of the last forty years' as 'pro-racist and anti-Semitic.'

Source: https://evolvepolitics.com/the-jewish-voice-twitter-account-is-absolutely-destroying-the-medias-latest-corbyn-anti-semitism-smear-tweets/. I take my hat off to these people; they face abuse from other Jews for their stances. They were there for David Icke when he was in this position and I'm glad they are here again.

Bangladesh: Free garment union leaders now!

'LABOUR Start' and the Clean Clothes Campaign (CCC) are raising concerns about the safety of trade union leaders and workers in Bangladesh, after a number of labour activists and workers were arrested on apparently arbitrary grounds.  CCC reports that the arrests have come in the wake of a week of unrest, as thousands of workers in the Ashulia area of Dhaka went on strike to demand higher wages. The strike, started on the 12th December, 2016 at the Windy Apparels factory - most recently in the news following the death of one its employees in October. The factory supplies a number of well know high street brands including H&M, Inditex (known for the brand Zara), Esprit, Tesco, Arcadia, S Oliver, and Debenhams. The strike spread over the following days to other factories in the Ashulia area. By the 20th December 2016 59 factories were closed, although many were shut down as a preventative measure by factory owners rather than by striking workers. The workers are demanding the implementation of minimum monthly wage of 15.000 BDT/ month (182 EUR). At the moment the minimum wage is 5.300 BDT, which was set in 2013 after the Rana Plaza collapse.
It is unclear how the strike started but it is generally acknowledged that it was not a coordinated action and none of the major trade union federations have endorsed the strike. At a number of press conferences trade union leaders have instead urged workers to return to work, while recognizing that their concerns need to be dealt with by the government and employers. Despite this it appears the government is taking the opportunity to carry out a crackdown on trade unions, by threatening and arresting their leaders.

Simon Danczuk's snare of self delusion

by Les May
THE snare of self delusion is one to which we all have a tendency to fall prey, though it is a trait which seems much better developed in some people than in others.  Kept to ourselves it may appear to others merely as misplaced ambition.  Shared too often with others and it may gain us the accolade of ‘bullshitter’.  If you find the term a little indelicate then in my defence I should point out that it has a respectable philosophical pedigree and been the subject of academic study.
https://www.stoa.org.uk/topics/bullshit/pdf/on-bullshit.pdf

These musings were prompted after reading Simon Danczuk’s latest outpourings to the Manchester Evening News and repeated in the Rochdale Observer and Daily Mirror.
http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/suspended-mp-simon-danczuk-claims-12382981

According to Simon 'Labour has "no choice" but to accept him back into the party in the new year' and backs it up with 'I’ve met with chief whip Nick Brown and he says there’s no case to answer.'  Big mistake Simon!

Now we don’t know what was actually said at the meeting because we only have Simon’s version to go on.  But I don’t imagine that he has made a friend of Nick Brown by immediately reporting a private conversation to the press.  At best it looks like an attempt to put pressure on the Labour party and put Nick Brown in the position of seeming to be at odds with its decision making process if Danczuk does not get his own way immediately.

He then stands reality on its head by going on to say '… it’s taken so long because I have been a vocal critic of the leadership.'  No Simon!  It’s because of your attacks on Corbyn that you have not been kicked out of the party long ago.

Confrontation isn’t Corbyn’s style.  When he made an effort to be conciliatory towards Simon and listen to his complaints,  just as after his conversation with Nick Brown, Simon rushed off to tell his story to the press.  The only difference being that as his name was on that article he presumably turned it into a ‘nice little earner’.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-3288055/Corbyn-night-President-XI-boring-SIMON-DANCZUK-got-hauled-leader-MoS-columns-result-best-one-yet.html

Corbyn is astute enough to know that if he is going to unite the Labour party kicking out a self styled critic will only give credibility to him.  The first time Simon tried to talk up his own importance in October 2015 just after Corbyn was elected, John McDonnell dismissed his threat to launch a leadership challenge, with the words 'That's Simon being Simon.'
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/simon-danczuk-threatens-topple-jeremy-6700810

Within days of Danczuk being suspended from the Labour party for what he later admitted was ‘inappropriate behaviour’, he was blaming his actions on a ‘drink problem’ and facing a police inquiry regarding a rape allegation.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/jan/04/labour-mp-simon-danczuk-facing-police-inquiry-rape-allegation

That didn’t stop him threatening legal action against the party within a fortnight and demanding an explanation for action ‘detrimental to his reputation’.  Who says lawyers don’t have a sense of humour?
https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/jan/16/simon-danczuk-threatens-legal-action-over-labour-suspension

Things didn’t improve for him in February when the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) launched an investigation into a complaint over expenses claimed for having his children stay at his London second home.  Expenses that, in the view of the complainant, he was not entitled to.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/mps-expenses/labour-mps-expenses/12118816/Investigation-opens-into-suspended-Labour-MP-Simon-Danczuks-expense-claims.html

Or March when IPSA reported:  'The compliance officer must also conclude that this was done knowing that there was no reasonable prospect of the children staying at the accommodation'.
Simon agreed to repay more than £11,000.

At much the same time came the announcement:  ‘Police confirm they are looking into allegation of fraud over money claimed for children.’
http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/simon-danczuk-police-investigate-expenses-10993622

All this still left him time to interfere in the internal politics of Bangladesh.

Simon was just as busy generating adverse publicity in April when The Sun ran a piece with the heading of ‘Expenses cheat Simon Danczuk now using taxpayers’ cash to pay ex-wife Karen to work for him’
https://www.thesun.co.uk/archives/politics/1135202/expenses-cheat-simon-danczuk-now-using-taxpayers-cash-to-pay-ex-wife-karen-to-work-for-him/
Things did not improve in June.  The Sun ran a story with the header 'Shamed Simon Danczuk claimed money for ‘crisis management’ after The Sun exposed his sordid texts to teenage girl https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/1352498/shamed-simon-danczuk-claimed-money-for-crisis-management-after-the-sun-exposed-his-sordid-texts-to-teenage-girl/
And the Zelo Street blog claimed to know who get the money for the ‘crisis management’.   http://zelo-street.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/simon-danczuks-consultant-revealed.html
But he did get a richly deserved reward in June when he it was announced that he was to have a building named after him. http://northernvoicesmag.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/more-crappy-behaviour-surrounding.html
In August Simon got lucky, really lucky.  After a family row at their ‘gaffe’ in Spain ex-wife Karen emerged from hospital with some forty stitches in a her upper chest caused by Simon kicking in a glass door, parts or all of which fell on Karen.  Serious though this was, it could have been much worse and possibly fatal, if one of those pieces of glass had severed a blood vessel.  That was his first stroke of luck.
The second was that Karen did not press charges.  If she had he would have emerged from court as a ‘wife beater’ and, thick skinned though he is, even he would have had to resign or be expelled from the Labour party.  His third stroke of luck was that ‘harridan tendency’ in the Labour party, which usually has a lot to say about real and imaginary violence against women, were obviously on holiday that week and could not find time to comment. http://northernvoicesmag.blogspot.co.uk/2016/08/danczuks-in-boozy-bust-up.html  https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/1623573/karen-puts-injured-chest-under-wraps-as-she-heads-off-to-tell-court-to-free-mp-hubby/

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/1636054/mp-simon-danczuk-faces-second-police-investigation-for-attacking-his-ex-wife-on-holiday-in-spain/

This incident had some remarkable parallels with what had happened between the couple in Spain eight years earlier:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3157459/Disturbing-questions-Simon-Danczuk-crusades-against-abuse.html

Throughout much of October Danczuk was embroiled in a dispute with the Greater Manchester Police Federation over ill considered remarks he had made over the investigation into claims of sexual abuse at Knowl View special school.

http://northernvoicesmag.blogspot.co.uk/2016/10/dodger-danczuk-doesnt-deliver.html

This spilled over into November and raised questions about Greater Manchester Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Lloyd’s unwillingness either to praise his officers for the investigation of events at Knowl View or condemn Simon Danczuk for his comments.
http://northernvoicesmag.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/tony-lloyd-pcc-is-there-conflict-of.html

If you listen to Simon he is full of stories about the support he gets from his local party and his constituents.  But lets face it so that does not count for much.  To judge from things which occasionally pop into my ‘Inbox’ his actual support only extends about as far as Labour Leader Richard Farnell’s remit runs.

Simon’s view seems to be that because the investigation into the rape allegation have been concluded and he has not been charged, his other antics during the past year should be ignored and the Labour party should lift his suspension.  What he conveniently forgets is that there is still the small matter of the Metropolitan Police investigation into whether the claims he made for his children residing with him at his London house constitute fraud.

Like the rest of us he will just have to wait and see.

Simon Danczuk & the Bangladeshi diaspora!

Biradari's Politics in Rochdale & Beyond
SIMON Danczuk, Labour MP for Rochdale, is a Vice Chair of a House of Commons Committee described as the 'All-Party Parliamentary Group on Bangladesh'.  So he should know what he is talking about when in a debate on the Queen’s Speech he is reported today as declaring:
'Our countries are strongly connected, we have a large diaspora here already and they have a population over 160 million in Bangladesh.   If a war does break out there, a civil war breaks out, then there will be a lot of asylum seekers looking to come to this country and we should bear that in mind.'  He should have a good grasp of this because it seems to be that it is from the Bangladeshi diaspora that he gets so many of his votes in the central Rochdale areas of Milkstone Road and Deeplish.
Appointed Danczuk's Parliamentary Agent in 2007 the Labour Councillor Allen Brett, went so far at the last local elections in Rochdale to transfer to the Bangladeshi vote-rich area of 'Milkstone Road and Deeplish' so as to gain a seat on the Rochdale Council.  He may well have lost his seat on the Council if he'd stood against the Liberal Democrat,  Irene Davidson in Milnrow and Newhey.  Councillor Brett and the Rochdale Council leader, Richard Farnell, must now fear that they will be in danger if Simon Danczuk should be expelled from the Labour Party.  For these two councillors have stuck like 'shit to a blanket' to the damaged Rochdale MP, Simon Danczuk, while he has gradually fallen from grace.
In 1987, David Clayton wrote on the Lib/ Dem Blog 'Talking Politics':
'I was the victim of a violent assault at his [Allen Brett's] hands in 1987.  Councillor Brett was safely convicted but has refused to apologise ever since.'
In the same article David Clayton continues:
'The next year I stood and beat Councillor Brett in Milnrow and Newhey - Councillor Davidson did the same the following year.  So off he went and did the famous 'Chicken-Run' to Balderstone and Kirkholt.  In 1992, Councillor Brett unsuccessfully stood for Parliament - managing the biggest swing against any Labour Candidate in the country.'
During this year's local election campaign on the Rochdale Online website Mr. Clayton declared:
'Labour are in chaos - not least because of the antics of Simon Danczuk MP.  Whilst he's being getting up to all sorts - he's been fully supported by some of the same old faces - Councillors Richard Farnell, Allen Brett and Neil Emmott.  It's no wonder our Borough is seen as a "basket case", one of the "most deprived" in Britain and the "most declining".  Is this what we want or what we deserve?'
rochdalelibdems.org.uk/en/page/david-clayton-Kingsway
Recently I had occasion to walk through the area known as Milkstone Road and Deeplish, and was struck by the ill-kempt , down-at-the-heel appearance of the area which had once been an architecturally desirable place to live.  This is the area that Councillor Brett seized his opportunity in the last election to retain his place on the Rochdale Council.
The Rochdale Bangladeshi community may also suffer a fall from grace if they continue to be used as a conduit for Simon Danczuk to promote the politics of the Indian sub-continent through their constituents in the ward of Milkstone Road and Deeplish.  The former Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front [JKLF] followers, at least one whom is currently on Rochdale Council,  may also suffer if they too continue to stick with the politics of 'Deadleg Danczuk'.
The problem in Rochdale, as in Bradford, is the kind of 'biradaris politics' of the villages of the Indian sub-continent transferred to the textile towns of Lancashire and Yorkshire from the 1960s onwards when men from the sub-continent came to our towns.  A report recently likened this phenomena to 'the Etonian or Bullingham clubs for the rich white men who support and promote each other into positions of power'.
Simon Danczuk has been trading with this kind of crude 'clan politics' for some time, and Councillor Allen Brett for Milkstone Road and Deeplish is the latest local beneficiary.  Since the early 1970s when I worked as a weigh-man with the doffers at Arrow Mill in Rochdale alongside Kashmiris and Punjabis, I have been vaguely aware of this kind of clan control which has now infested politics in our former mill towns and some now go so far to regard as corrupt.  It now seems to be deeply entrenched in the politics of Rochdale Labour Party.
Some Asians are now voicing their objections to biradaris politics and one person told a Guardian 'The Northerner' journalist  reported from a young person in Bradford in 2013:
'There is no place for it [biradari's politics] here any more.  I want to elect someone who will make society a better place for me and my kids and not someone who asks for my vote simply because he is related to me or of the same colour.'
It doesn't matter to me whether Simon Danczuk is living in villa where my eldest son was born on the Costa Blanca or up Kingsway with Karen, by his conduct he represents what is the worst in politics, be it on the western slopes of the Pennines, the Spanish Costas or Azad Kashmir.

Rochdale Asian Hits Back at Hype from Danczuk

On the Five Pillars' website Kasim Javed responds to his local MP’s
unsubstantiated claims that 'extremists' from Bangladesh could be flooding Britain.
On 26th May 2016, Rochdale’s MP Simon Danczuk, once again decided to exploit the “extremism” narrative by espousing unsubstantiated rhetoric that “Bangladesh extremists could come to Britain”. In light of this, I would like to make the following points:
(1) This is not the first time; Danczuk has decided to exploit the “war on terror” narrative for political expediency. Last year, he said the Rochdale family who were falsely accused of travelling to join IS will “not be welcome back”, even though they were immediately released upon their return. Similarly, he falsely accused a local “Khilafah Course” that was designed to challenge the propaganda of IS as “feeding into fear” in the community. Now, in classic dog-whistle fashion, he is juxtaposing the political turmoil in Bangladesh to sensationalised fears of immigration and terrorism acting as an echo-chamber for the right-wing.
(2) Since its inception in 1971, Bangladesh has been in major political and economic turmoil. It is one of the world’s poorest countries and has been governed by a secular dictatorial Kleptocracy that picked up from where the British Raj left. Sheikh Hasina is known internationally for her brutality and butchering of political opposition. Instead of targeting the cordial relations the UK has with this international criminal, Danczuk decides to exploit, like her, the people of Bangladesh for his hatred of immigrants. Interestingly, exactly 12 months on the day of Danczuk’s comments, Hasina neglected starving migrants of Rohingya who were stranded at sea, calling them “mentally sick” and accusing them of damaging the country’s image. There is no shadow of a doubt, that had Danczuk been in her position, he would have said something similar.
Muslims in Rochdale are trying hard to develop the relationship between Muslims and the wider society. Only 6 months ago, the Muslims were at the forefront of helping victims of the Rochdale floods demonstrating our compassion and mercy to human beings. This is only one of the dozens of voluntary community projects that are taking place in Rochdale. In the blink of an eyelid, comments like Danczuk’s reverses the positive message by painting the Muslim community of Rochdale, majority of who are first/second generation immigrants of Bangladesh and Pakistan, as some sort of threat to the community.
(4) As a Muslim community living in Rochdale, we will refuse to be used as a political football for politicians to thrive from, as we are currently witnessing in this country by the Government and media establishment irrespective of their political party. This country has major problems from social decadence, economic corruption, capitalist driven foreign policies and general political apathy. Perhaps Danczuk should focus on his own backyard instead of exploiting the anti-Islamic narrative, although as they say, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

Simon Danczuk & the Bangladesh Regime

Bangladesh government angered by Danczuk's call for sanctions

Suspended Labour MP addressed opposition supporters in Dhaka, saying government has created ‘culture of fear’
Simon Danczuk

British ministers have not broken off relations despite political violence scarring the country – and regularly visit Bangladesh. The UK remains the largest bilateral donor to Bangladesh, sending about £180m a year.
A spokesman for the Bangladeshi high commission in London said the MP allied himself with the opposition, including extremist groups, to “interfere” in democratic politics.
'Talking about Bangladesh’s internal politics is interference in the internal affairs of the country,' he said. 'Bangladesh has a flourishing democracy and the next elections are set for 2019.'
Danczuk’s comments are similar to the one of the opposition parties Bangladesh Nationalist party, which is allied to the Jamaat-e-Islami party – which has been described as a "criminal organisation" and has been identified to have links to all radical ... terrorist groups.
Danczuk’s call for sanctions to be applied to Bangladesh echoes the call by Tarique Rahman, the opposition’s leading politician and scion of a political dynasty who lives in exile in London. He faces a number of charges in Bangladesh, including one of money laundering, all of which he denies.
Wikileaks reported that the US embassy in Dhaka had recommended a ban on entry for Rahman in 2008 into the US because of 'egregious political corruption that has had a serious adverse effect on US national interests'.
Danczuk told the crowds:  'Let me start by saying Tarique Rahman is very well and in very good spirits. I met with him recently and there is no doubt he is looking forward to returning shortly'.
Danczuk was suspended in December by the Labour party after newspaper allegations about that he exchanged explicit messages with a 17-year-old girl.  He is currently the subject of a police investigation after allegations of rape were made against him.

When contacted by the Guardian, Danczuk said that there was nothing wrong with meeting Tarique Rahman because the government had allowed “him to stay here”.
'It’s not interference,' he said. 'I did say that sanctions should be considered because of what has happened in Bangladesh. Numerous reports show the breakdown in human rights. The British government needs to pressurise Bangladesh into reason.'
A Foreign Office spokesperson said: 'The UK urges all Bangladesh’s political parties to work together to strengthen democratic and political accountability. Bangladesh is an important partner for the UK and we continue to support its people in their aspiration for a more stable, prosperous and democratic
future.'

Bangla News & Simon Danczuk

ROCHDALE MP Simon Danczuk arrived in Dhaka yesterday reported the bangla news sites:  The site stated 'British Labour MP Simon Danczuk arrives in Dhaka to join BNP council'

Quite what these people on the Indian sub-continent make of his contradictory statements with regard to Bangladesh, I am not sure.
On the 24th, July 2014 Simon Danczuk posted an article on HUFF POST in which he wrote some advice for the then new foreign secretary, Phillip Hammond :
‘Reinvigorating one of the great offices of state will require a fresh look at how we exert global influence and how we identify early warning signs where countries with close links to the UK are heading towards trouble.  Bangladesh is one such country and should be a high priority for Hammond.’

Fair enough!
But on the 28th, December 2015 after the floods in his own locality of Rochdale, and still suffering a Boxing Day hangover, he told Radio Manchester:
‘Why do we spend money in Bangladesh when it needs spending in Great Britain? What we need to do is to sort out the problems which are occurring here and not focus so much on developing countries. That has to be our priority.’
At that time the reporter, Richard Hartley-Parkinson for Metro reported:
'Labour’s Simon Danczuk (MP for Rochdale) believes more could have been done to protect cities, towns and villages in northern England after downpours of biblical proportions caused widespread devastation.'

Mr Danczuk doesn't believe in humbug and hypocrisy does he?
