Councillor Farnell Denies Rochdale ONLINE Election Fraud Story
 IN an e-mail to his fellow councillors this morning the leader of Rochdale MBC, Councillor Richard Farnell, described the NV BLOG as being 'poisonous', and claimed that there was 'no substance' in the Rochdale ONLINE story of election fraud in the 2015 local elections.  We publish below Councillor Farnell's response in full:

There is absolutely no substance to the Rochdale Online story or the poisonous Northern Voices blog. A Malicious and politically motivated complaint.
